At Finch, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your garments still have their original tags attached and are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original designer tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
